Job Purpose
The Bids Manager is responsible for driving disciplined, compliant, and high-quality bid execution, enabling competitive win rates while ensuring governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of the bid process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time bid submissions across all tenders.
- Ensure 100% standardization of bid templates, content, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct 100% post-bid reviews, producing monthly insights and reports to improve future bid performance.
- Enforce 100% compliance with bids policy, approval thresholds, and risk controls.
Key Performance Indicators
- 95% submission timelines compliance
- Quality score - Achieve 100% tender completeness
- Tender Policy compliance rate: 100%
- Post-bid review and reporting: 100%
