Goldstone Quarry is seeking motivated, hands-on Team Leaders to strengthen operations at our Mai Mahiu site.
1) Team Leader – Logistics
Requirements:
• Diploma in Automotive Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years experience in fleet/transport (tippers/dumpers/heavy trucks)
• Proven supervisory ability (added advantage)
• Strong grasp of dispatch planning, fuel control, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years relevant experience in quarry, mining, or heavy industrial operations
• Strong people supervision and shift coordination skills (supervisory experience is an added advantage)
• Solid understanding of plant uptime, maintenance coordination, safety, and production targets
