A client in the real estate sector is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee financial operations for its overseas project subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local fiscal, financial, and taxation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement financial and accounting systems for international projects.
  • Conduct cost control and budgeting for overseas entities.
  • Forecast funding requirements, manage daily cash flow, and enhance capital utilization.
  • Prepare and submit both local and international financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Manage foreign exchange risks and safeguard shareholder interests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management or related work.
  • Fluent in English; ability to use it as a working language.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
