Administrative Assistant Job Vacancy

Our client in restaurant and hospitality industry is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant to assist the manager run the organization run efficiently and support coordination of diverse units located at Parklands and Ruiru.

Job Summary

To help the leader manage her time and her responsibilities or tasks effectively by supporting her activities like running errands, monitoring work progress and stock at several units, performance and procurement processes.

Duties

  1. Office management including filling, cleanliness, communication, and taking messages.
  2. Running errands, managing calendars, taking notes and responding to correspondences.
  3. Assisting on Staff matters like work schedules,
  4. Supporting in stock management
  5. Supporting in procurements and organising deliveries of supplies as requested by different units
  6. Monitoring progress of projects and work activities
  7. Managing a diary to make sure that your executive or manager is prepared for all upcoming engagements,
  8. Reviewing a schedule and identifying gaps, overlaps or conflicts
  9. Assisting with planning events
  10. Assist with social media and update digital records (posting) for  easy access and information flow,

Requirements

  1. Strong organizational skills with excellent ability to multitask,
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills,
  3. Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  4. capacity to remain calm and focused when juggling multiple requests
  5. Capacity to manage relationships between multiple internal clients
  6. Superior diplomatic skills,

Remuneration.

A starting working wage of Kes 20,000.00 (Net) will be offered to the most suitable candidate.
