Location: Nairobi & Mombasa
Retainer: Ksh. 40k plus Commission
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand the technical aspects of our industrial equipment solutions and provide technical guidance and support to clients and the sales team.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the industrial sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and related technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
