Our client
based in Nairobi is looking for a Chef/Cook who will be responsible for
managing and overseeing daily kitchen activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure food is prepared on timely manner according customers' order at all times.
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check the quality of ingredients.
- Ensure appealing food presentation.
- Ensure proper kitchen hygiene at all times. Qualifications:
- Food Safety Knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Food and Beverage Management.
- Prior Hospitality working experience.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
