Lodge Manager

Reporting to: Directors

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivering world-class and personalized hospitality to discerning guests
  • Overseeing all operations of the facility
  • Introducing and maintaining robust controls and operational processes
  • Providing leadership, motivation, and development to staff
  • Managing costs and inventory in line with budget

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in a 5-star lodge or hotel
  • High standards of service excellence and passion for the industry
  • Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and cost control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Hands-on leader with strong organizational skills
  • High integrity and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work under pressure
