Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering world-class and personalized hospitality to discerning guests
- Overseeing all operations of the facility
- Introducing and maintaining robust controls and operational processes
- Providing leadership, motivation, and development to staff
- Managing costs and inventory in line with budget
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in a 5-star lodge or hotel
- High standards of service excellence and passion for the industry
- Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hands-on leader with strong organizational skills
- High integrity and sense of ownership
- Ability to work under pressure
